site amenities including 2 community pools (one which is heated), tennis/pickle/basketball courts, club
house fitness center and children’s playground. Our unit is nestled in the back of the desired Ocean
Walk complex, a 16 acre, beautifully landscaped community with century old oak trees and a stocked
fishing pond.
The condo features vinyl planking/tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is equipped with all the standard
appliances and fully stocked with everything one may need to prepare meals for the duration of their
stay if they choose. Open floor plan with a dining room off kitchen all overlooking the living room.
Comfortable sofa (with queen sleeper), a large 55” HD Smart TV (WI-FI and cable) and wonderful deck
with plenty of light and seating to enjoy reading time or morning coffee. The primary bedroom suite
offers a king bed with walk-in closet and TV (WI-FI and cable) and bathroom with tiled tub/shower and
washer/dryer combo.
Take our 2 bikes for a spin down to the beach or around our beautiful island. Unit comes equipped with
everything the family would need (beach chairs, wagon, pack n play, highchair, toys, cooler and beach
towels).
